Introduction: Port Elizabeth is an excellent value for money holiday centre situated on the shores overlooking Algoa Bay. It is an exciting tourist destination and fondly referred to by locals as the 'Friendly City'. The Bay is known as South Africa's water sport capital and offers activities throughout the year, especially wind-surfing and fishing.
